Tablet for Photoshop

Bear with me here as this is a subject I know very little about..!!

My Mrs has intimated that she would like a tablet for photoshopping pictures and has found the following:

Have one, and when I can be arsed to use it, it's ace - very precise. Takes a bit of getting used to, and the earlier Bamboo I have is probably one of the smaller ones. I chose it for that reason (and it's cheap!) - can be put away safely rather than having an A4 one that takes over your desk/table.

I have used tablets for the past 10 years or so and Wacom do make some of the best commercial and professional offerings. The latest Bamboo is a pretty good consumer version and should be fine for photoshop. I use the Intuos and find it excellent.

I use a Wacom Bamboo (MTE-450). You have to give yourself time to adjust to using it, but it's worth persevering. It soon becomes second nature.

They make post processing infinitely easier, in my experience. I would heartily recommend getting one.
