Just wanted to take a moment to show my gratitude and appreciation towards Tim Scott at Fluid Images (www.fluid-images.co.uk) for quick turn around and the exceptional quality of his canvas prints. Spoke to Tim over the phone to discuss my photo concerns and he went through all aspects with me and was very knowledgeable, as you would expect.

Here is the result, A1 size print of my photograph. My photo of my canvas doesn't do it justice at all but I will update when it's fixed in it's pride of place.

I used to drive that route home every night and I can't for the life of me figure out where your vantage point was? Give us a clue please?

Another thank-you to Tim from me - just had a series of canvasses delivered this morning which all look great...so much so that the wife has already decided that we need more as "those three are yellows/sands and that one is greens, so we can't put them together!"

I'm going to be broke before Xmas - anyone who thinks buying a house is the most expensive bit obviously hasn't experienced a wife trying to re-furnish it all in the first 2 months...

Dixie & James; Where the city bus station is, just after (heading towards the Cathedral) there is a footbridge that runs over Broadgate. This is a very old picture but you can see it just in the distance:



Not my photo btw, I probably was only just an inch in my Dad's you know what when that was taken. Oh and thanks for the great comments

Havoc - Sounds as though you have fallen into the trap.. selective hearing is a skill to behold

I shall be ordering again from Tim when I redecorate to get some more canvas done. Unfortunatley for me this was a present to a friends other half.
