Night Photography Partner/s in crime wanted

As the title says, I'm looking for someone who fancies joining me on the occasional night-time jaunt in and around London taking pictures, or to meet up as a group and maybe combine it with a drive out to some other locations.
Thought I'd put this up here as when I've been out and about on my own, and there are times and locations when you can feel a little vulnerable, so I'm thinking safety in numbers.
In terms of my photography ability, I would put it at enthusiastic amateur.

shame your in london i'd love to do thisI was out last night actually doing some night photography but didnt want to see too wierd by running around with a tripod
going again tonight
i see things that would make great pics but its getting there without being wierd. i have to admit i do carry some necessary evil to ward of the other evils.Throw some dates into the pot. It's easy enough to get into London for me and I like that sort of thing, so I'd be interested.
What end of London were you thinking?
Might be worth waiting a fraction, the last walk I went on just after Christmas left us virtually unable to feel our hands after a couple of hours!
On the other hand, with earlier nights, you don't have to be out really late before it gets dark!

I'm pretty new to photography but i live in Ipswich and spend quite abit of time near Cambridge and would be interested. pm me if you are.

Hi everyone,
I've had a couple of maybes and a definite. Plan is to meet at Tower Hill Tube at 8, then over to tower bridge and go from there. Aim to get to the London Eye around 11 ish so can get home at a reasonable hour.
PM me if you are coming and I'll let you know mobile nos. etc.

I'm near Cambridge (looking at your company I'm sitting about 2 miles away from you) and might be up for something family/work/life permitting..
