They claim 7-10 business days. What's your actual experiences been?

Depends somewhat on the time of year. I ordered one just before Christmas a year ago and it took nearly two weeks (the full 10 working days), but I also ordered one this January (so just after Christmas) and it took about 4 days (including Sunday).

I find it depends on what size book. 7" seem to come from somewhere in Europe and come quickly the big kahunas come straight from the States.
