old c41 a disc processing

found this in mother in laws loft and would like to get it printed, any ideas who would do these?

C41 is a standard process and most places will be able to dO it.
Depending what size film it is will depend if they can scan it or not.

Or just print it from the developed negative?

Where does the 'disc' come in though?


ETA: Just in case C41 film came in disks once I googled 'c41 disc processing' and this thread came top!

the film is on a disk format, quite old not like the old film in cylinder can. not seen one like this before?
