Baby Modelling

Chaps and Chapettes,

My sister would like to get my nephew into baby (toddler?) modelling- he is 3 years old.

Obviously, there are a few scam agencies around (and a few unsavoury people to boot)...so I was wondering if the PH Knowledge bank could recommend a reputable company or contact?

Is the 3 year old ok with this? Just asking because lots of people I know said my one and a half year old son should get into modelling (he is lovely, just like his dad ). The main issue I had was how was I supposed to ask him to make sure he was happy about this? Shouldn't it be the kids choice? Not trying to cause any fuss, just disagree putting kids through stuff when they really don't know what's going on.

If he smiles he likes it, if he cries he doesn't. (You can hardly expect him to sign a model release form!)

I would prefer to let my son choose what he does, that's all. He's obviously not at an age to think "I want to be a model", but if he decides he wants to do that later on in life, then so be it.
