I'm in a good mood - photography in 2011 well and truly starts for me this weekend - a trip to the Highlands is on the cards.

At least you will not to have to deal with the south coast haze.Just seen the local forecast and it seems the high sitting over us is trapping a lot pollution in,so no landscape shots down here. Like your work so have a good trip

It's been just as hazy here. Have aborted two time lapse vids as the air is so rubbish. E.U. STOP sending air over from Europe please! Give us back the fresh stuff off the North Atlantic.

off to california on sunday for a fortnight for work, taking the camera and going to try and have a weekend in San Francisco so hoping to get some more shots of there.

Just back from nelson, Motueka, Abel tasman + scenic flight, Tekapo,Wanaka, Hawea, Hayes, Haast valley, Arrowtown & Queenstown.

I think I may have one or two keepers...

But (a) it's NZ, and (b) you live there, so grossly unfair!

Hmm its the equivelant(from where I lived in the UK) of flying over to west coast of Ireland for a week then driving up to Scotland via the lakes/peaks... I think I would have done ok!?

At this time of year? Plenty! Are you not enjoying the weather? Having returned from NZ at this time of year, made me realise how much I love England in the spring. There's nowhere in the world I'd rather be just now. Queenstown was bloody freezing (Arrowtown was full of roadworks), and Tapeka was cold, windy and rainy.

Get out and photograph the bluebells.... yer whinging Pom!
