What bullet cam?

Looking for a bullet camcorder that I can attach to the car and also my mountain bike?
Any recommendations that will produce an ok result, not looking for hd quality, but something that can watched without having to squint to see what is happening!!
Budget, less is more
Also same for mounts, ie, car and bike ( helmet?)
