Video buffs: Best way to get this sort of product video?

Not a great example, and it looks better with a black background.

I'm thinking the corner of a warehouse, I couple of cheap ebay video lights, a 5d mkII on a tripod and some sort of rotating platform.

Camera centre, lighting camera left and right 45 degrees out and up.

Anyone for any more?

Your suggestions sound about right. It's def the tyre that's moving. Lighting will be key - no reason it can't be done on the cheap though.

Very easy, it's on a turntable. But you'll need some kind of soundtrack (music/voicover) as well and that's where most amateurs fall down.
