I just followed the instructions on this website.

The CoC training I did via Learning Zone in Luxembourg as it's free. Took about 1 1/2 hours to complete but pretty straightforward.

Thanks for the link. I have my UK registration, looking for the easiest EU option, may see how far I get doing it through France
