Up to and including keithyboy I will stick to £35 per lens but all later orders will have to be at £40 per lens as I have agreed a new deal with the supplier.

The new agreement means I dont have to order batches and will be able to supply as and when needed so delivery time should be reduced and the lenses will be available in amber, smoked and clear

Update

I have been told the clear lenses are almost ready and the smoked will be available in the next day or so. I am expecting to be able to post them out early next week. Amber lenses should only be a few days longer.

I am finally getting around to fitting my new lenses. Much crackling of stressed plastic to prise the old lens from the housing!

What type of glue have people been using to secure the new lens? My first thought is cyanoacrylate "super glue", of which I have some plastic-compatible grade in stock. What success have you all had with various glue types?

When I did my indicator mod I found the best way to remove the old lenses from the housing was to alternate between boiling hot and cold water this messes up the glue try apoxy resin to stuck them back on or just screw them on

Just used clear silicone to seal and the screws to hold together seemed to work

Thanks for the suggestions. Clear silicone seems like a good idea, as it will then still be possible to take apart again if needed in future. Superglue or epoxy might be a little too permanent. Looks like a trip to Screwfix is in order!
