What is a 'Green Hot Start Module?'

Still struggling to get my S1 started and stay started (as previous long topic will testify). Have traced the issue (I think) to a faulty Fuel pump relay, which is described on the 'bible' wiring diagram as a 'pink engine run sensor'. Now awaiting replacement part.
However, part of the problem has been that i actually have another Fuel pump relay, plugged in where the wirng diagram suggests a 'Green hot start module' shoukld be. A previous owner has clearly bodged this into plac and the car has previously rune with it there. However, I would like to put the right thing there. can somone advise the right part number or even just what it looks like? It is connected to a green connector below the ignition module, where aklll the connectors for the wiring loom. Below is what I have got, I suspect it is only on the S1:

I suspect that it is in the right place - just that one terminal may have got corroded or damaged so they have done that to rectify it.
Be careful haphazardly changing things - the likelihood is that you have just got something wrong somewhere - if you start changing things you could introduce other problems and you'll never get it working. If it was working before then it should work again.
Start at the beginning and check everything carefully.

The 'pink' fuel pump relay should be fitted to the fuse box in the passenger footwell.
The green hot start relay is usually plugged into the loom on trailing socket behind the RH front wheel arch.
The effect of this hot start circuit is dubious. I disconnected mine and never noticed the difference...

yep, found the 'real' fuel pump relay, pretty sure that's the problem. Noted about the hot start circuit, I seem to remember the previous owner saying the same.
