My rear of my section (the collapsable bit) is in reasonable nick.... the tagra panels need recovering as the fabric is snagged, split. All the rubbers need replacing to the roof sections.

Should I replace/recover the whole roof to get colour match.

or only recover the tagra panels.

I need to find someone who do the works including all the rubbers.

Anyone local to Herts ???????... read somewhere about a chap in Whethampstead but can not recall where, and does not seem to be in yellow pages.

There is the company in Baldock who do new rear screens that several peoples here have used, probably worth trying them. You should find the details if you do search.

Autohoods
Unit D3, Barwell Business Park,
Leatherhead Road,
Chessington,
Surrey, KT9 2NY
E-mail: info@autohoods.co.uk

They supply covers for targa only with very reasonable prices, check out their site at: - www.autohoods.co.uk/ca_tvr_s1_s2_s3.htm

Woolies sell all sorts of trim and rubbers and have all the rubbers fitted to the S but you may have to identify the correct ones as there wil be no listing for such items.

If the colour doesn't match exactly you could re-colour the entire hood with Renovo, not expensive either and the results are first class.

Just found this in General TVR Section, a DIY guide to recovering targa panels using Autohoods parts. They also do S roofs (see link)

Hope this helps

Incidentally, Leven do nice replacement roof cathes, the plastic ones eventually break!
