Hi all

We were planning on leaving Wakefield no later than 3pm (to try and avoid the Friday evening traffic) & take the 'direct' route to Weston Park - well, M1, A38, A50, through Stafford to Weston Park as we have the Saturday run to look forward to.

Damian - do you want to meet us at our house in Wakefield if you're coming down from Harrogate?

Andy - I think, if your leaving Darlington at 3 it might be a little bit late for us - any chance you could leave an hour earlier?

Simon - where would be the best place for us to meet you.

We have to admit that the roof will be on as we have to create room to transport the raffle prizes, etc (not mentioning revlimiter's bag )

Your thoughts gents?

Ah yes, forgot to mention the beer (& cider) - oh yeah & breakfast for Sat & Sun morning, tent, sleeping bags, etc, etc, etc. - maybe I should just ask Kelly to drive a 'support vehicle' down for us

A 2pm leave would be possible, will pm you my mobile number.

Surely revlimiter in a forwarding party vehicle would take care of all your problems and we will not have to drive on a different route so as not to be seen associating with you

Just realised it is 2 nights, might need to check the camping gear and stock up on the whisky!

I've got to pick up my boy from school and go straight off. I think probably Woodall services would be easiest, should be able to get there just after 4pm, so hopefully won't slow you down if you leave Wakefield at 3. Still got your number from last year Jaye if it's the same?

Woodall services sounds like a good plan (meet up around 4) - that'll give everyone a chance to get there fairly comfortably.

My number's changed since last year so will PM you the new one over the weekend.
