seats coming out any advise?

I got some JAG seats and its nearly time to offer them up, I notice the originals are held in with 4 bolts through the floor they are putting up a fight but before I reach for the grinder, are the bolts part of the runners or separate ? Don't want to cut them off if I can't put them back in case it all goes wrong.

The bolts are separate (or at least they were, originally - can't guarantee that a previous owner hasn't tacke welded them to the frame since, to stop them turning)

XJS Seats - turn the buckle round that attached at the bottom of the door.
Take off the cover on the hinge on the seat inboard side.
Tap the seatbelt stalk with an 'adjuster' so it is hard up against the transmission tunnel. Hold a piece of wood over it or something to prevent damage to the plastic covering.
The XJS seat tilt lever will be hard up against the sill but can still be operated.
The shoulder seat belt mountiung can foul on the back of the seat - I made some guides so when the seat is right back it doesn't press on the belt - you will see what I mean.

The XJS seats are very tight but do go - just.
