New Owner

[HK 280S]

Hi all....just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a new owner, having just picked up an S1 yesterday, my first TVR. I'm living in HK so probably it's the only one here! Seems to be a great car so far, but I'm sure I'll have questions in the coming weeks and months.

welcome to the forum, make sure you update the owners list at the wikis above. Some history for your car in HK would go down well and match with those in Australia, Japan, Italy etc

Wasn't there something posted here a while ago about another car/owner in Hong Kong... or was it in Sprint...or, most likely, am I going mad and imagining things...?!!

The car was imported to HK about 1 year ago from the UK. It's got a pretty full history and seems to have been well looked after. Judging by the VIN number it seems to be one of the last TVRs built in 1988, so I'm guessing one of the last S1s. Everything seems original apart from the front brakes which were upgraded.

I've updated the wiki thing....managed to mess it up to beging (sorry) but think I did it right in the end!

It was on here, and a feature in Sprint - but it was in Tokyo in Japan. Different country!

Aggghhh, near enough for me At least I'm not going completely mad. This time...
