V8S passenger side fuseboard ecu stowage

Im trying to tidy up the stowage of my fuseboard wiring/ecu unit and wondered if any one has a photo of theirs for me to look at.
I am having trouble closing the carpet cover in the footwell.

All I can say it's a mess mate, like the ECU balanced above the glovebox (sometimes in it).

The ECU should be mounted to a bracket high up at the front of the footwell, bolted through the top of the passenger's footwell. That gets it well out of the way.

The fuse/relay box and spare loom just roughly stuff in on top of the carpet. With everything standard, there is plenty of room, but holding everything in place while you fit the wood screws that secure the carpet is awkward. I ditched the woods crews and fitted some bolts through the wooden frame of the dashboard so there was in inch or so of thread sticking down. The carpet can be just shoved over the end of the threads and will hold itself in place while you spin some wingnuts on.
