Asking a big favour...

Hi,

I'm a stranger to the S forum and have a bit of a cheeky first post, but it's on behalf of a friend.

I know this guy that's been looking into buying an S (S3 probably), but hasn't driven one and he wants to before buying. He's interested in a couple in the classifieds, but they're all a fair way from him (he's in Newcastle) and doesn't want to travel all that way only to go for a test drive when he may decide after driving one that an S isn't for him...

So, is there anyone in or around Newcastle or the north east that would take him for a ride or even, insurance permitting, allow him a test drive of your S?

He's been umming and ahhing about taking the TVR plunge for a year now and he's come so close, I think a first hand experience will push him over the edge
