TVR S Junkies!
Discussion
I have never been so intoxicated by a car before as I feel with the S. I know I have thought about selling him recently but when people started to ask to come and see him I just couldn't do it.
I must have spent around £1200 in the last couple of month but he's improving and I guess to get him like I want him will take a while but I know it'll be worh the wait.
Don't you also find that PH is addictive?
I can't stop looking at it. All you folks are very kind and helpful and I look forward to meeting up with many in the future. It's not looking so good for the August meet as we are likely to be moving (hopefully ....Trevor will be getting a bigger detached home)!

The exhaust note and looks are fab Do many people come up on looks alone when the car is not running?
If I park the car anywhere in town for instance, I often come back to the car and there is a guy or two looking in the car and I get nice comments like "nice motor" but when I start her up the whole car park looks.......

Stuck in two lanes of traffic on the way home from work yesterday. White van man leans out of his window and says 'give it a rev' for us . I signal that there are cars a head of me, 'go on he says'. So I wait for a 10 yard gap to open up, cue him and his two passengers all hanging out of the drivers window. I lay 5 yards of two black lines to whoops, wails and claps, finished with a 'thanks mate thats made my day'
.
Well it relieved the boredom of sitting in the traffic queue for me anyway

remind me why my rears have only lasted less than 3K and the fronts are perfectly OK

I passed a couple of elderly couples out walking this morning when I was on my way to the garage and the Tiv had them pivoting around to watch me drive down the road and a little later I passed a school and there were lots of lads and lasses staring and smiling and with the roof down I could hear one say "cor ...look at that, sounds awesome", his friend replied "it's a TVR".
What other car has such a universal appeal?
