It's dead as a Dodo :(

Tried to jump the TVR off yesterday and it started first time, ran for 10 seconds or so then died. And now it won't even bring any dash lights up. I tried a new fuel pump relay as it's blown a couple of them before so i always carry spares, and it made no difference.

The sidelights are working, and the dial lights light up as they should but the dipped beams and full don't work. Basically anything that needs the ignition to work, isn't working. Can any of you think where to test first?

All together now .... Yellow connector! ;)

(about 2" from the ignition switch, behind the cowl)

Quite right this a very known problem if it is the dreaded yellow connector.

Did the S1 s have the yellow connector mine hasn't and
there's no sign of wires there

You're saying that the ignition switch isn't connected to anything? How does the car run, if you don't have wires there?

i always thought it was in the drivers side inner wing been
looking in wrong place will have a look over the weekend
wax oiling chassis this weekend then got to change the rear
shocks all good fun

Those connectors can also fail.. So to recap yellow on ignition not sure what colour inner wing ones are probably black.
