New carpet

I want to re carpet the interior of my S2. Has anyone used Lakewell's in Belgium they supply a full carpet set for all S models at 380euro plus vat and delivery. Total about £420.00 in total. Any advice would be welcome.

I bought them from Lakewell approx a year ago for my V8S and found them to be of very high quality and fitted perfect. I was missing one small piece and they resent withi a couple of days.

I've been getting quotes for re-trimmed seats, dash and tunnel recently from several UK trimmers (TVR or otherwise including D&C). Some of them included a quote for re-carpeting too; ranged from £400 @ 'The Trim Technician', Blackpool, £540 @ 'LA & RW Piper', Sparkford right up to £990 @ a highly rated independent in Chippenham. Good luck with whatever you go for and let me know what you decide - I may get the carpet done when I've saved up for the retrim.

I had a rough quote from d&c for a full leather re-trim of around £900 for both seats, if my memory is correct. Picked up a set of good chimera seats cheaply instead that just need a re-colour so they'll go in before saving to do the job properly.
