Good luck to Kevin getting over a tenner for a pair of rocker cover gaskets but only last week a Ford main dealer had five listed separately at £1 each start and not a bid was placed.
I got engrossed in something else Sunday and missed the end of the auction so ended up giving them a call Monday and getting 5 for £10 "buy it now" rather than go back on auction and them getting spotted and price going silly (or ending up with just one);)

Aye thats the nature of ebay... you win some, you lose some. I was pleasntly surprised at how much they went for and if the buyer isbhappy paying that price then thats up to him. I suppose he's paying the premium for not being a PH member. I am happy to reduce the final invoice amount where the winning buyer is a PH'er (and have done already on a couple of items) I reckon I have saved many a PH'er over the years anyway with spotted ebay listings and starting up the "Useful Links" wiki.

And well done on your purchase, it is nice to grab a bargain... so keep an eye on my spares sale exercise and good luck if you bid

Now that I'd love to see.... a 15 cyl Cologne Radial.... The mind boggles....What would the exhaust manifolds be like?.....How many TP Sensors would it have?.....how would you find which inlet manifold gasket was leaking? .... Hello Nurse, is it time for my medication already??
