Coolant Hoses

Please can someone tell where the hose that comes out of the bottom of the expansion tank (metal one at the front) goes.

I've put shiny new blue one's on, but have had to take them on and off so many times with the other jobs I've been doing, I've forgotten where it goes

Note to self, do all the other jobs BEFORE putting shiny stuff on.

Big one at the bottom of the swirl pot goes to the top of the radiator via the steel pipe.

I swapped all my hoses one or 2 at a time and I still got confused and had to refer to the hundreds of pictures I had taken.

It was 31 I needed to know, I've also learnt where the wierd shaped (32) one goes, as nothing you take off looks remotely like the one they send you.

Oh that one. Bit controversial but I put that through my fan belt not over the top. I couldn't figure out a way of bending it without a risk of it rubbing the belt.

From some other posts it looks like that hose can be rerouted anyway.

That's exactly where I was planning on putting it as well.

It's all a bit tight over the top.

Probably not, was planning too, but I'm having trouble sourcing the bolts that hold the water pump on. I sheared one getting it off.

Gonna try the ford dealers on Saturday.

"standard" M8 bolts ?
Know the length and I'll pop a couple in the post (don't include head in length)
