S-Club 2012; Important update

Hi All,

Having done a recce of the Saturday run out route a few weeks ago I have changed the lunchtime pub to The Lamb Inn, see website below:

As before they have agrred to do pre-order food for a fixed price, we will need to let them know rough numbers a week before and provide exact orders as we set off (about 11.30 am) The pub is lovely but not massive so limit is 40 lunches so book early.

Whilst on the subject, sign-up so far is slightly disappointing, to the exent that if we don't get some increase it won't be worthwhile placing orders for mugs and T-shirts, which realistically I have to do in the next couple of weeks to get them done in time. For thyis reason I am holding out on sending people payment details (which will be paypal by preference or cheques).


I'm happy to run the event however many want to come but obviously the more the merrier. I appreciate there are some clashes with other events (sorry!) but if you can make it please give your support for a good cause (and to have some fun!)

Hi guys been missing in action for a few months and the S in storage, it is now home and in need of some action once it stops raining!

I don't think I can make the camping this year but should be able to pop down for the Sunday show (being only 100 miles away helps!)

I hope you get the numbers and look forward to meeting up with everyone again
