They did my M-series rack - very knowledgable, very quick.
Here's a before and after - the black paint and gaiters make it look good but they stripped, cleaned and inspected before re-assembling with a new rack bar, tie rod and slipper.

Very quick turn around and a good price too. £75+VAT plus £11 p&p for mine which was done this winter while off the car.

£75 for a rack to be reconditioned is extremly good value, I have been to X Works at Kirkham today to get the cluch master cylinder changed, I asked them about the rack and they said they could replace the shims to take up the `play', so that is the plan, at least, that was the plan.
