Alternative S-Club at BBWF or BNG?

having contacted the TVRCC to inform of the cancellation of S-Club, they have suggested 'annexing' the even to exisitng events (sybject of course to an OK from their organisers). Suggestions are either:
Big bad Wedge Fest: 29/30th June, nr Stratford-on Avon.
Big Northern Gathering: 8/9th September, Sherburn Aero Club near Leeds.
Please reply to this post to establish the feeling about date and location. Sprint Magazine and the TVRCC website gives more details about both events.
Suggest this might allow for the usual show, judging and prize giving, especially as the trophies are already bought and paid for!

Either sound fine as does the other suggestion of Thoresby that was given (not checked my emails but I know it was given).
I'm going to BBWF and would go to BNG if it incorporates SCH so that would be good from a personal view but I wonder if the BBWF date is too soon. For example, our Scottish friends (and others from afar) may have difficulty arranging in time?

Next weekend is too soon.
September would be better in general, but I can't go to BNG anyway, personally.
We (the Scottish Contingent) are trying to decide what to do: cancel altogether (and maybe lose the money we all have paid for accommodation for 2 nights) or come down anyway, just for the run.
