Are you sure it is Italian Red?

I don't know the context of your question but if we are talking TVR, it could be any red!

For me, I looked around at other similar colours to my Brit racing green, and eventually found photos of Jags in 1991 only.... Turned out I had jag brooklands racing green.

Then took that code to halfords to stick in an aerosol

So answer ivor me was to trawl the net ( google pics) until I found what they might have used

Italian red was a TVR colour, code KV52. The paint code is the last set of letters and numbers in the body code section of the vehicle i/d plate under the bonnet on the top of the nearside wing. Surface Design Ltd Unit 14 TVR Business Park Bristol Ave. Blackpool. 01253 595800 will supply the paint they are ex TVR guys.
