LMES/BGT at Silverstone
TVR S Owners invited to BBQ at Silverstone TVR
The Le Mans Endurance Series and the British GT Championship will be racing at Silverstone in the middle of August.
Amonst the teams competing should be the wide bodied Synergy Motorsport Le Mans Tuscans in the LMES race and the rebuilt white Synergy Tuscan R in the British GTs. That car could make quite an impact if all goes according to plan.
To coincide with the racing Silverstone TVR - who are based in the industrial park on the edge of the circuit - will be laying on a barbeque, ice cream van, a specialist retrimmer and more. Leven will be there with gear too.
Silverstone will be supporting the informal gathering of TVR S's planned for the weekend so S owners should drop in on them to pick up S focused accessories etc.

There are a number of convoys heading to Silverstone from different parts of the country, so you could tie up with one of them. I think there is one convoy coming down from the North, so I guess that may be passing your way. I suggest you register your intent to attend on the calender. There was talk of a barbeque, so I think Mike (V8Smith) wanted to give the guys at the dealership an idea of numbers. Look forward to seeing you on Sunday.

i am from city centre & know there are a few S's kicking around.....
not going sunday myself as bird is on hen weekend & i'm making the most of the local public houses in the area!!! i can imagine what it would be like though: tents, beer, a few nerds & a few bifters.
hope anyone going enjoys it!!

We hoped that people would log onto the calendar to give Silverston TvR some ideas of numbers, So if you can, please do. (top of page, members,calendar, goto date click on event.)
We also thought camping and race entry tickets could be arranged by us. however this has not been the case due to just a few requiring camping, I have asked them to sort themselves out and posted details. And race ticket details were very late in coming and its only £10 on the gate. So go in if you want on the day.
You don`t need a ticket to get into the meet just turn up,in the main gate and follow the "S" signs.
