Austec have still yet to finish my car.

They have only had it since 4th June and they are still struggling to complete fitting a new short engine.

Latest trauma is due to work originally carried out on the engine at time of build by TVR now resulting in mis-match between high compression ported heads and low compression lump (or vica-versa) supplied by V8 Developments, the whole lot has now been shipped to V8D to sort out.

"Hopefully", I will finally get the old girl back in maybe 10 days, but I am dead peeved I cannot make the meet - still hope you all have a good day, and the weather holds.

Sorry to hear that stu. I'm sure there will be another similar event in the future.

Once you've got the car back it'd be good if you could do a bit of a write-up on what you've had done and how it has changed the car. Sounds like it'll be a cracker!
