My S2 is booked in here for new hood (Burgundy mohair rather than the grey) and the seats to be recovered in the original grey leather in the next 2 weeks, have put a new burgundy carpets with grey piping in from Central TVR over the last 2 weekends they were a great fit and seem a good quality would recommend them, have fitted new black silicone hoses, new Kenlowe fan, etc etc, starting to come together after 4 years, still lots to do and spend on, (Don't tell the wife), hope to put it In the local motor fest show this year (aug) in Ormskirk so still plenty of time to go.

Hi Colin, I thought I was the only S owner in this area (Southport for me)!!
Please keep me informed about the show in August, it would be really good to catch up with a fellow owner.

If there any other shows you know of that are local to us, please advise as I am not aware of anything in the North west where S's are on show.

Thanks,

Graham

I am looking to have my rear screen replaced but Liverpool is too far for me as I am in London. I am currently looking for somewhere more local if anyone knows a place. How much did they charge to replace the rear screen? so as I can compare.

There a few tvr owners in the north west that attend most of these shows, including a few S owners.

Here are a few to consider

Then there is 2 in summer at Tatton park at knutsford.

The Ormskirk motorfest has been running for 2 years now. It is a great venue with the whole of the town center being closed to traffic. There are static displays within the town centre, and the adjacent park.

Later in the afternoon there are parade laps around the town and the crowds on the previous 2 years were fantastic.

This has been a very well attended event by both participants and spectators.
There is a link to a entry form, but be quick, it usually is oversubscribed.

Thanks for the info Thomas, my car is far from being Show worthy, but I will certainly be putting the Ormskirk show in my calendar,

Mine might look good inside after all the work is done but theres still the outside to do, wont get that done this year, maybe next!!

When i went to the motorfest last year there was only 2 TVR's there i think, very nice though, i seem to remember them being the 3000.

will put a few pics online once the inside is done.

Did you find one? There are a few in the home counties to consider if that is near enough.

Dave the trimmer is one that I and a lot of people from my region use - H&B, Middlesex.
