Spot Lights any reccomendations???

Gents,

I want to add some spotlights to the S..... Ive noticed a couple of nice examples, small rounds ones in the recesses are currently top of the list. But i wondered what you guys had done, what you could recommend and what issues if any i might expect when fitting them??

I'm in the same boat, I've measured the lower skirt gap and you've got 84mm to fit lamps, looking for lamps to fit, but not much joy, don't want tiny lights

I've looked into this and the smallest decent light is a main beam 90mmunit from car builder solutions. Or fog version of same.

you can get some very good and powerful small lights these days.
look at Tuscan size lights, modern versions of that sort of thing can be very effective

Find a scrap "spotlight bonnet", cut the pods off, get the filler out and do it properly

Not a lot !

A friend had the mis-fortune to crash his V8s, I had the good fortune to get his scrap bonnet for free, but did have to pop up to Blackpool to pick it up.
I had also had a "little bump" which totally mashed up the o/s front corner of my bonnet so first plan was to graft a corner on (the v8s bonnet had had a central "hit" both corners were pretty sound) but there are a lot of subtle differences between a V6 and a V8 bonnet so I ended up finding a V6 no spot light bonnet on Ebay and changing the corners.
majority of the joins are either behind bumper strips or underneath so not too bad a job, other costs were just resin, matting and that big tin of filler (oh, and two new lights).
