Hi all
I went out to my S3 this morning (parked on the street last night) to find that some "friend of humanity" had ham-fistedly broken in via the passenger side window. They'd nicked one or two things, replaceable, but what's most frustrating is the damage they'd managed to inflict on the poor old girl. They'd managed to get the door open by prising out the alloy frame around the window (presumably wide enough to reach in and open the door from the inside)... the result is that the frame, and window, which had previously aligned perfectly now sits about 1.5" proud at the top. Everything's intact and the electric window mechanism still works fine but I've gone from having a perfectly aligned passenger door window to having to fix a depressingly yawning gap and a pretty bent window frame. Has anyone attempted to reshape the alloy frame with any success? Are there replacements available in the event that it's knackered? Help please!!!
Thanks
Will
