This was my first SCH and I attended with a dear friend of mine. Back then I knew absolutely no one else in TVR circles.

Anyway, "someone" was taking photo's as we returned from the afternoon hoon and, for me to have seen the photo of my car ( green S H463MPD), the photo's must have been posted on here, or possibly the one of my car actually made it into Sprint?

If you were that photographer, know him or have that picture I would dearly love to get hold of a copy.

(yes, the search is down and tried Google search but masses of irrelevant stuff coming up)

Here's hopeful,

Mike

My number plate was there! A12 VBS The stunning looking Cherry/burgundy V8s. The guy I bought mine off purchased that one sold me mine but prefered My original plate J2 VBS. Can see why he decided to swap cars not sure I would have changed plates though.Did it win that year? And if so does that mean my car A12 VBS will be in the history books as a show winner biggrin

Nice to see those photos again thumbup

After helping to organise that SCH I remember waking up in my tent on the day of the event feeling depressed listening to the rain (and a little bit hungover!) but it brightened up mid morning and turned into a great day.

I also vaguely remember the night before on the campsite enjoying a post pub beer and suggesting it might be a good idea to do a Euro Tour. Look where that idea got some of us...!! driving
