Stafford Vehicle Components used to offer those Freeform reflectors for a very good price, I think they still sell them but the price seems to have gone up. They work dramatically better than the original plain reflector and shaped lens.

When I talked to SVC they told me they thought Wipac Quadoptics performed better than the crystal ones. Believe Norman had the same experience.

Not tried them back to back so can't prove it either way. I prefer the oldschool look as well so have some Wipacs.

Yep had that advice, they did offer two qualities of freeform lenses, but when asked at NEC Classic Car Show said there was a BIG difference in quality so I would guess that they had dropped the lower quality ones!!! I had already bought the Quad Optics and they said to stick with them.

On Griffinr's link they also have the quadoptiqs just further down the page - only a couple of quid more.
Any issues with higher current load for halogen bulbs or just a straight swap?

Dont go above 55 w for the bulbs unless you enjoy the smell of burning insulation but the enhanced halogen are fine
