I've decided that I will keep most of my system and just replace the front pipes with a straight section of S/S pipe each side and remove the rectangular box silencer and replace with two cherry bombs side by side fitted further up into the chassis, then exit in the standard twin pipe arrangement.

By doing this I should gain more ground clearance and have an awesome sound with the straight thru boxes!

Except that you're actually replacing around 2/3 to 3/4 of the system I'd be interested to see how it sounds.

Yep, about 2/3 I reckon!

Keep the best bits (the polished rear pipes)..

And yes, it should sound pretty damn loud and rumbly!
