I would think the title means you need to supply word and alternative eg

Cologne engine = Perfume dispenser
Rocker cover = Mick Jagger's insurance policy
Bonnet stay = Instructions for a dog called bonnet
Sump Plug = What u do to your electric S when fully charged
Cat converter = Machine for turning Tabbies into Lions
Fuel gauge = Completely useless device on S Dash
Spark plug = Electrician recommendation

Expect some better ones will follow
