Roof hoop wanted

Hello all. As title does anybody have a roof hoop they wish to dispose of ?? Thanks

You could try David Geralds, they had an S body tub on Ebay a couple of weeks ago that had a hoop still on it and I don't think it sold ?

What are you up to? Anything interesting? I was thinking of modding on to clear a propper roll bar but no te free at the moment.

Nothing as dramatic as a roll bar I'm afraid. My hoop has broken clean through at one end and I have glassed it up, but it's looking to be on the way out again, So am looking for a replacement.

Out of interest re my earlier thoughts is the hoop just fibre glass or does it have steel reinforcement?

Mine is a 3c and that appears to be all fibreglass. There is definately no metal down near the pivot points as that is where mine snapped.

Nope always just fibre glass, it will hold the hood up but if you roll the car about as much good as a chocolate teapot
