Yes MX-5 seats complete with runners, and my bonus, runner cover panels as well, apparently an almost straight swop, maybe a hole or two to redrill, but thats it. Absolutely no excuse for not having fitted them in the 5 months since I bought them. Bountyhunter recommendation, and had a sit in his S and found comfort and support. 
I dont know if the two seats foam bits are interchangeable but, as I have now done the swop for MX-5 seats in my S, both the original seats are now surplus to requirements, (dark brown) and the passenger seat is absolutely fine except for dry cardboardy effect cover, the foam and frame are good, my son used to exclaim how comfortable it was, while I was suffering with a piece of wood wedged inside the drivers seat (the reason for the change ) base-frame has collapsed and I had to butcher the runner to get the ******* thing out, the recline functions all still work, headrests still fine.

.The MX-5 seats do elevate your position by a couple of inches, but being a shortarse, that for me, is no problem. The pegs that are on the underside of the Mazda seat runners drop into the original front locating holes in the floor of the S, so you need to drill through the floor for the front bolts, ( after straightening the bent-down front section of the mazda runners, simple with pair of molegrips.) then you can check the hole position for the rear bolts, but should line up, reuse the original big round washers underneath and get eight new galvanised M8 35 bolts with nylok nuts plus small washers, Bob's your Uncle, quick squib of silicone around the holes to avoid any seepage, rubber blanking plugs for unused holes, plus the guy I bought my seats off gave me a set of seat runner cover plates to hide the bolts and ends of the runner, looks neat, and if the one bolt had not refused to leave quietly, job would be complete in a couple of hours.
Hello Mike, many thanks for the offer, but logistically too far to collect. I have been looking at foam suppliers on web, so may go down that road.
Incidentally, I also had some fun with just one of the 8 bolts that hold the seats in. Luckily, it was the outside rear, so managed to get a hacksaw on it!
