V8 S Air meter to Plenum hose?

Hi All, anybody know where I can get a new Air Meter to Plenum hose for my V8 S the present one resembles a bit of Swiss cheese, and the fact that both ends are a different diameter are confusing my feeble brain!! many thanks

It needs carefully trimming to length and a bit of 'persuasion' to go on the plenum but looks good when fitted.

Or you can have my spare offcut of this as I had the same problem. (320mm long)
