Talking to Neil (jned) yesterday and Peugeot "rang a bell" with both of us, but maybe not?

Qickfit mrentioned in last post look like they know what they're doing?

Anyone got any other solutions?

(Don't want to change complete belts for Securon)

Stuart – hang onto the original ones because you might need them if you fit the Cerb seats.

Thanks Joe - good point. It's actually Chimera / Griff seats I have. I noted your comment in a different post that the Cerb seats are higher than the originals which wouldn't work for me as I am tight for space already....

Anyway, I've decided to stick with my interior. I think it suits the car really well, and is in decent shape.

Ouch £11.75 each that is a little steep, I have a tame scrappy that I will go see in the near future, but must concentrate on one job at a time.

True but you don't have to waste your own petrol or time getting to the scrappy, only to find they don't have any.

I fitted a pair of Fiat Punto Mk1 front seatbelt stalks last night. Got them from ebay. £15 for the pair including delivery. They came with the bolts, bolt covers (which make things look a bit tidier) and a spacer that had to be removed from the bolt before I could fit them.

5 minutes to swap and very easy to do.

Only done a short drive so far, and it does make the belt fit a lot better, especially for my son (aged 11) in the passenger seat.

Still on the case looking for these, Son has now passed his driving test and got career as mechanic, so out and about all the time with a list of my required parts.
Mike , I have told him to get 2 pairs if he can find them.

ebay

This is the seller I got mine from. Listed as £5 each with £5 delivery, but they did free delivery on the second one of the pair after I asked, making the pair £15 delivered.

The seller appears to have a lot of Punto bits, so may have some more if you ask, or keep an eye on the seller.
