When on my mac I get painful add rubbish above the forum asking me to log in out shake it about Etc as is the shallow world of marketing

If I don't want it I must log in to say no? Wtf no is I didn't ask for it etc

Its flashing up at the top of the page on my i-pad as well. Text overprinting the detail on page header and adverts for totally unrelated rubbish, that obviously no-one wants or they wouldn't need to force it onto unsuspecting innocent folk!
Why should we register to not receive it, they then have our info and will probably email directly.

That's interesting - I've not got any of that. I'd love to see it.

It could be something called behavioural targeting. Cookies are used when you are out and about browsing and then the ads follow you around based upon your behaviour matching a profile.

Is there a minimise cross in one of the corners ?

It's not advertising at all.

It a cookie statement. This is a legal requirement on all websites.

It just looks odd as it hasn't been executed properly depending upon what device you are using and what browser you have.
