Standard gearbox (5 speed seria). Ran engine on emerald Ecu made 240hp ,exhausts are the hard as there's not a lot of room. Jr fabrications have just done the manifolds for my new project. I also used all the brakes from the Scorpio ! Good luck. Richard

Nice installation, looks very smart and neat. The manifolds on my car were by JR also and I am running an Emerald ECU making about 250 bhp. A previous owner who built the car passed on paperwork stating it had Piper cams but I was under the impression there were no after market cams available for the BOA engine? Perhaps someone can shed some light on this.

Bob cams in the Boa should give ~235 or so bhp.

I also have all Granada brakes on std master cyl did you also use the Granada master cyl ? Thought this may give better balance?

I think I spoke to you're cars builder many years ago . There was talk about re profiling the cams. But if you have 250 hp with good headers. Mine with standard cams and a poor home made manifold made 240hp so you're cams can't be very hot me thinks. I am impressed with JR my new system looks about right should give me around 340hp that will be fast enough for me!

We should have our own section in the owners list! Mine has a granada slipper also. It also has a T5 box, heard the standard box struggles with the extra power although others on here seem to have used it successfully.

Mine also has a T5 box I think 1st will more useful and as you say it's much stronger oh and my t9 needs a rebuild anyway.

Is yours a sierra T5 or a tvr one.?

I'm running a quaife diff at the moment.
