Well, after realising a childhood dream of S ownership and loving every minute of it, the expanding waistline has forced me to move to a Chim. I'm picking my new toy up next Saturday and will either sell the S3 privatly (ad on soon) or PX at the agreed price.

Thanks to all those who've helped out over the last couple of years and its been great to chat to those of you I've bumped into (not literally) either at gatherings of one kind or another or of course the annual pilgrimage that is Le Mans.

And another one goes, another one goes, another one bites the dust.....

Thought I might have spotted you at some point around the Fareham / Wickham areas - its on my 'scenic' route home.

Best of luck with the Chim, Mike. Will keep an eye open for you.

I recently enquired about a Chim with a dealer and he offered me a vey good price for p/x of the S, very good indeed almost too good to refuse but the S still has that appeal of being able to tinker with more than I could the Chim so I've decided that I'd like a yesr or two more with the S .....perhaps!

All the best

OK chaps I can handle most comments but I draw the line at Golf. I will confess to not being the most stylish dresser but check trousers and pastel polo shirts is above and beyond ;-)

Due to a cancelled flight this morning I'm not away this week so hopefully I may be able to pass on the S to a good PH home.
