As title says 3rd MOT no advisories,Dont want to tempt fate but had mine 3 years now, most reliable car I have ever owned.Fair enough I do treat it better than any of the others and do less mileage,Change brakes and other bits before they really need doing but try to do the same with any other vehicle and they still find at least £100 worth of work on top of the MOT. Heres to another trouble free year driving Parts that have needed changing but still got me home/not broken down are 2 alternators one that came with car and 1 I ruined on track day 1 battery, not used for couple of months when moved house and not on trickle charge.Frayed throttle cable, found before it broke. few other bits replaced for just treats!

Yes, always a very nice feeling. Almost as good as that feeling every time I hear 'her' running! Just keep that chassis in good nick and you should have fun, fun, fun. bounce

Congrats to you, yes good feeling when they pass. Mine did need some money spent though, new front shocks and an overhaul of the rear brakes, oh and electrics playing silly b******ers, all lights working at home when I checked but by the time the MOT tester tried there were no mainbeams. After some fiddling there was nowt working at all. Which is when the fuel relay decided to fail as well. . . . . . . But all is well now. Happy Days..... Now I have to road test until I find the ideal settings for the shocks, hope the weather is dry this weekend. ,!
