Looking at Damian's fantastic re-trim and spotting Ken in there got me thinking. Are all of our cars marked with the maker or is this simply a myth? I found mine was by Mark - found in the boot!

Interested to see if TOPGEAR TVR's boot graffiti was made up for topgear - is it still there? I remember seeing drawings of breasts

Is there a particular place in the boot to look for the makers hallmark, or is it just random?
I really don't want to rip out all the carpet lining to find Bert's moniker isn't there.

And is it likely that the bonnets / centre consoles / dashes were laid up by someone else, so that one S could have a number of different "names" ?

Glenn they seem to usually appear in the boot. Mine is on the battery panel (boot)

I've not seen anything in my boot.. maybe over the right side, I've not had that carpet up yet.. the theory about different folks doing different parts is probably correct..

I have 2 centre consoles both by Ken..



Our cars are likley the wrong age but does anyone have a Gary Numan..?
