Picked up the S from the garage yesterday after succesfull MOT.. Guess what.. the pricks pushed the S too far forward and destroyed one of the front Leyland indicators... This was the LAST pair in the Netherlands according to the TVR dealer

Niels,
Go to Steve Parkers 'S' list. (You can find a link somewhere in this forum)
The suppliers list has a 'phone number for a commercial parts supplier in Lancashire, UK, that have them in stock - - or can get within a couple or 3 days.
They quoted me £22 for a PAIR!!! which is a brilliant price.
I did get mine from David Gerald in the end at £26 for one as I was unsure of the part number. (you need BL part AU 2???)
Good luck!

There's a guy on Ebay who was selling some for £25 inc postage. I have a spare set under my bed at home. If you are really stuck let me know and you can have one of mine.

Bought a pait from Autofast about 2 months ago, can't remeber the exact price but approximately £7.00 each.

Thanks a lot for the info & generous offer Wildfire!

it's always smart to have a spare set of Leyland lenses under the bed.

I'll give England a call then.

cheers!

No problem niels. I've broken 2 by pushing (by hand) the car into my mini. The overrider is just the right height to catch the indicator. That's what you get when you try and cram one TVR S, 3 minis and an Alfa Spider into 1 garage.

yeah, the guy at the garage did the same thing. He estimated the nose to be slightly shorter. Pushed it into the wall. He felt really shitty....

Good thing is.. The GRP was allready a bit damaged at the same spot. Almost couldnt be seen because the lenses overlaps. I think the previous owner ran into something too. So now is the chance to get this fixed... maybe give the bonnet a totall respray.

thanks again

Niels
