I gave up on mine too! It would be nice to replace it but I haven't sourced one yet.

thank guys when I first got the car it did not bother me it not working and thought it be ok I can live with it, but now its starting to bug me when your out and about and wondering what time it is. I keep looking on ebay and places it see if one pops up but not found anything that looks like it . think I will have to look for a small battery one to stick on top off it or something .

I do agree its easy to quickly look over and see the time, but my phone and cheap watch would hold time better... smile

I agree Justin, that does look right. Hard to say without dimensions but the proportions and the position of buttons does look right, also I have had mine out and it does look like I remember it. I note it is an LDV part, again a good sign as there are other LDV parts on the S (including the infamous front indicators!). If either of you are going to bid I will leave it alone, if not please let me know.

Thanks Justin, I am interested so I have asked the seller for dimension details. I did notice after posting that it is off a much later LDV but I doubt if LDV made a lot of changes.

you go for it if your interested I have enough projects on the go at the moment iam in the middle off a engine rebuild on my other car , I was just trying to find out what it was off, maybe we will know now it be interesting to find out if its the correct one if you get it please keep us posted ,its one off my jobs on my tad-do list . if you have had yours out do you have to drill the little pot rivets out off the heater control knobs to get the facia off ?
