If fitted with private plates would the original number show as on retention? Or just no record found?

Try'd searching all know plates it has had G8GFC and C6GFC on it sence I had it. I'm getting married next year and would love to go to the wedding in my first TVR should never have sold it in the first place. I've had almost 20 TVR's in my life but there is nothing like your first one specially the first car you fully restored.

If anyone can help in tracking it down.

Hi Richard,
I am working my way through old e mails to see what I can find for you, I will also contact the guy I sold it to this weekend to see if he has any contact details for the guy he sold it on to - I have checked on the MID and it is not shown as currently insured ...... I really hope it is still around - will be in touch.

Possibly, but then there would be a DVLA record and export marker.

More likely is that it has been re-registered, which is why no info is shown for the reg number.

...or it's yet another Swansea cock-up.
