Time to move S3 on
Discussion
After 2 years of ownership and virtually zero use in the last 12 months it is time for S3 to move on. I will be putting her up for sale in the new year but if anyone on here knows of anyone looking please put them in touch, I think most of you know the car but happy to supply pics info etc as I am sure would one or two other regulars here.
I now know I only have time to run and look after properly one car and one bike so the daily car and the S both have to go to make way for the new arrival (which has already arrived!!) which I hope will provide sensible daily motoring and some madness at the weekends. I am not revealing what it is as I will be flamed as a result on here, especially by our Dutch colleague
Mods if I have broken any rules apologies, not intended

Exactly that, well not quite, need to remove the DTM bit http://www.pistonheads.com/news/default.asp?storyI...

would I get away with posting a pic in the S forum
as it is a convertible..............
Thanks for the comments guys, I just don't have the time to keep the S in the condition it deserves and if I am being honest something a bit more 'modern' i.e. flappy paddles and fully automatic hood are more my thing
However, having said all of that I always wanted a TVR and I am glad that that particular itch has been scratched and I wouldn't say I would never have another one but I would need more time to devote to it and something a bit more comfy as well, not getting any younger!
In the meantime for me it's Bavaria 1 Blackpool 0 and again I will

That impressive engine with nearly double the BHP of a V6 S also helps (my neck has just about covered from you flooring it in 2nd gear!)
3 times the purchase price of an average S and 1 new rear M3 tyre costing the same price of 4 for the S are some other differences...!
