Just seen these on fleabay, if yours are on the way out, these just need a good clean up & a coat of protection.
Hard to get hold of these days.

Item no.161228730311.

Hi Paul.
No, definitely not the same I'm afraid. I got them for my S1 I had last year but never used them. Got an S3 myself now and just doing a strip and rebuild so I've had first hand dealings with the trailing arms today..
Cheers, Terry

It is a really great shame we do not have a TVR Car Club kitty to buy them. If we could let Adrian Venn at ExactlyTVR have them he could ensure they were right and then use them to do an exchange service for future S1 arm rebuild needs. I know he does them regularly.

If they were for the S2 / S3 I gladly take them "into stock" at that price (so would a few others I suspect) but far smaller market for S1, and they won't fit mine wink

Unlike some car clubs the TVRCC seems to not want to get involved in the sourcing, re-manufacture or selling of obsolete/hard to find spares?

That's not a critisism, before I get jumped on, may be it is best left to the "specialists" out there?

Agreed, I know we are a relatively small club but there does seem (evidence from PH alone suggests it) to be an unusually enthusiastic membership. I hate the idea of rare parts from damaged or scrapped cars being lost, although I accept that storage and reselling is labour and space intensive.

Blasting and painting or serious welding?

Perhaps you could PM me an idea of what you'd like for them?
